Atto Connect, including the Credit Information service, provides a unified view that combines the depth of credit bureau data with the precision of real-time open banking insights.

## How It Works

#### **Step 1 – Identity Verification**

- Consumer provides name, date of birth, address, phone, email.
- Atto Connect matches details against TransUnion’s database.
- Verification via Mobile OTP or Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).
- If verification fails → consumer proceeds with standard open banking journey.


#### **Step 2 – Complete Account Retrieval**

Atto Connect retrieves all accounts from the consumer’s TransUnion credit file, including:

- Current accounts
- Credit cards
- Savings accounts
- Mortgages
- Personal loans
- Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products
- Expired accounts


#### **Step 3 – Guided Open Banking Connections**

- Consumer views complete account list in Atto Connect.
- Clear prompts to connect all eligible accounts via open banking.
- Bank logos and account details pre-filled for a frictionless connection process.

## API Schema and Response

- Fetch account data from TransUnion including account type and status.

- After every case closes, credit information must be deleted from our storage.
