Step 1 – Identity Verification

  • Atto Connect matches details against TransUnion’s database.
  • Verification via Mobile OTP or Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).
  • If verification fails → consumer proceeds with standard open banking journey.

Step 2 – Complete Account Retrieval

Atto Connect retrieves all accounts from the consumer’s TransUnion credit file, including:
